For being a store manager, Guenna handled this situation in the least professional way possible upon first contact with her and ultimately, her attitude towards customers. That other customer did not make any employees aware of this and Guenna said since she had the tag, it was hers. She said the other customer took the tag off and was carrying the tag around. LaVeena explained that the chairs were already being purchased by us and the other customer demanded that she was already buying them!!!! I asked to speak to a manager whose exact name was Guenna Wright. All of a sudden, another customer comes over and states she was purchasing the chairs (even though the chairs were on the floor and WE bro ught them to the register).
LaVeena was having the conversation with us about an employee bringing the chairs out to our vehicle. She did a better job at handling a situation than the store manager did!!! An incident arose where my husband and I were purchasing 2 chairs that we had picked up and brought to the front counter to purchase. For starters- LaVeena was INCREDIBLY professional.
